This page is devoted to Peter, a Polish Driver and friend from my working days at Stagecoach. Peter has an interest in engineering and engines. He is also a gifted photographer which bodes well for this site. He sees England and the English through the eyes of a Pole so with his excellent command of the English language this makes for interesting conversations and discussions.
In his spare time Peter is involved in the restoration of an old bus. The picture below is of the vehicle inside the workshops of Wrights, a local coach and bus operator in Newark. The photograph was taken on 6th November 2010 and features myself finishing my last day of work before retirement from Stagcoach. Perhaps it should be entitle " Two Antiques Together"?
